Lou Gambertoglio
Founder - DevelopmentLou is a real estate developer and operator with over 20 years of experience leading the full life cycle development of mixed-use, hospitality, and residential projects.
He has directed more than $3 billion in development across the U.S. and abroad, overseeing everything from acquisition and entitlements through design, construction, and delivery.
With a background in architecture and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, Lou brings a design-forward, execution-driven approach to creating high-performing, enduring environments.
Denisse Hudock, AIA
Founder - Architecture + DesignDenisse is a problem-solver by nature and an architect by choice. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has helped shape high-rise towers, mixed-use districts, and bespoke residential environments alongside leading firms and developers.
Driven by the belief that great design is both intentional and deeply human, her work balances technical rigor with meaningful design.
She approaches each project with curiosity and precision - transforming complex constraints into refined, tailored solutions that bring clarity, beauty, and purpose to every space.
Jeff is a builder at his core, starting his career as a framing contractor more than 30 years ago before earning a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
Over the past decade, he has focused on urban infill development, delivering a wide range of projects.
Known for his ability to build and lead strong teams, Jeff combines hands-on experience with disciplined execution. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to every project - understanding that schedules are dynamic, challenges are inevitable, and success comes down to finding a way to get it done.
